Getting Ready For Kindergarten?

Our afternoon class held four days per week offers....

*Hands on sensory alphabet program with a weekly Special Letter based theme

*Expanded reading readiness language activities

*Visitors to the classroom

*Field trips

*Opportunity for expanded socialization through four consecutive days of school

Morning Sessions:

9:00-9:10 Arrival

9:00-9:30 Outdoor play

9:30-9:40 Put away backpacks and coats

9:40-10:00 Large group time

10:00-11:00 Free choice activities (art, snack, open activities)

11:00-11:15 Clean-up, story time, wrap up day

11:20-11:30 Dismissal

Afternoon Sessions:

12:30-12:40 Arrival

12:30-1:00 Outdoor play

1:00-1:10 Put away backpacks and coats

1:10-1:30 Large group time

1:30-2:30 Free choice activities (art, snack, open activities)

2:30-2:40 Clean-up, story time, wrap up day

2:50-3:00 Dismissal
